I am thrilled to announce I am teaching two brand new wellbeing workshops in London at the beautiful Gazelli House, South Kensington.
Each workshop is suitable for beginners and advanced students alike. Only 10 spaces for each workshop so please book quickly!
Saturday 21st May, Gazelli House, South Kensington, London, SW3
Meditation is often a practice we want to get ‘right’, meaning we may add undue tension and pressure to a space originally intended for peace and stillness. By introduction to the nurturing Classical Buddhist ‘Metta Bhavana’ (development of loving kindness) meditation we will bring kindness and compassion more centrally to our practice, reducing stress and increasing balance. This workshop is perfect for anyone who wants to experience more peace and emotional wellbeing and integrate love and happiness into their daily life.
